Crashpad Lodges – Key Terms at a Glance

Payment: 30% deposit on booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. Events/corporate bookings are paid in full upfront.
Damage deposit: £100, held one day before arrival and released two days after departure.
Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival. No refund within 90 days. No refunds for events/corporate bookings.
Check-in/out: Arrive from 3pm, depart by 11am. Late arrivals after 6pm must be agreed in advance.
Guests: Maximum of 14 people. Lead guest must be over 18 and staying at the property.
Pets: Allowed with prior agreement. Must be kept on a lead due to livestock.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors.
Access: Lodge is only reachable by 4x4. One transfer in and one transfer out are included; extra trips £30 each.
Safety: The property is off-grid in a mountainous location with uneven floors, rivers and streams. Children must be supervised at all times.
Liability: Guests’ belongings, vehicles, and personal safety are their own responsibility.

Crashpad Lodges in located in Llanberis, enroute past the start of the LLanberis Path.
ll non-4 X 4 vehicles will be parked roughly 1km from Yr Helfa on off-road parking. We can park a maximum of 4 cars due to the land being in the National Park. For any more than 4 cars we suggest parking in the local village of Llanberis where there are paid parking facilities at £5/day. Vehicles are left at owner risk.
