Terms and Conditions
(The important bits to know)
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates. Booking can be made online through our secure payment and booking facility or via telephone.
All balances must be paid at least 30 days before your stay and are non-refundable unless your space can be filled.
Bookings made within 30 days of stay are payable in full in advance and are non-refundable unless your space can be filled.
A £100 cash damage deposit is kindly required upon your arrival. This is to be given to whom ever greets you. This will refunded on your departure less any damages are noticed on a final walk around with the owner.
Check-in can only be made after 3pm on your arrival and before 9pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know on your enquiry.
A member of Crashpad Lodges will meet the party when they arrive. We will transport all luggage to the Lodge but we kindly ask that the whole party if travelling separately turns up at the same time (we suggest the Victoria Hotel or the Heights as a meeting spot). Alternatively we can meet the first party, take them to the Lodge and check-ins made after this will be at the parties responsibility.
Crashpad Lodge must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure to allow for change overs.
Crashpad Lodge sleeps 18. Due to the remote location of the Lodge and how it works, we can only take bookings for the whole lodge.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at the Lodge. This is to protect the livestock in the surrounding fields. Please be aware that farmers have the right to shoot your pets if they aggravate livestock.
