Please read before booking

Yr Helfa is located in a very unique and remote mountain location that can only be accessed by off-road vehicles or by foot. Parking is available of up to 4 cars, 1km from Yr Helfa, well within walking distance.

All bookings are made for sole use of Yr Helfa.

Private family and friends’ booking information

Payment schedule

30% due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Damage deposit

A pre-authorization of GBP 100.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure

Corporate/ Event bookings

The booking must be arranged and discussed with a Crashpad staff member before booking. This can either be done via email or phone.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of when the booking is made.

No refunds will be made if the booking is canceled or re-arranged.

Arrival and departure information

Check-in can only be made after 3pm on your arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier please let us know on your enquiry. Due to the remote location, we require all guests to phone before traveling to let us know the time of arrival so we can meet and take guests to Yr Helfa. All 4 x 4 assisted travel stops after 6pm unless arranged beforehand.

Yr Helfa must be vacated and left to the standards provided by the Crashpad team by 11am on the day of your departure to allow for changeovers.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the lodge. This is to protect the livestock in the surrounding fields.  Please be aware that farmers have the right to take action on any pets deemed loose and dangerous.
